Participants in the ceremony were Mr Nguyen Quan - Vice Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Bui Van Quyen - The Head of Science and Technology, Mr. Phan The Hao - Head of the Department of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Ngo Tung Chinh - The Deputy Central Award Committee, and many other officials. The ceremony was live broadcasted on VTV9.
